You can return phone cases and chargers within 30 days of delivery. Return items in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation. Items may have been unboxed and tested, but must be clean and undamaged.<\/p>\n
We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in their proper condition.<\/p>\n

Customers pay return shipping for standard change-of-mind returns. We recommend a trackable shipping service.<\/p>\n
After receiving and inspecting your return, we issue the refund to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few more business days to show it.<\/p>\n
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or different from what you ordered, contact us with photos. We will replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping you paid, and cover the return shipping cost.<\/p>\n
Compatibility information on each product page reflects the product manufacturer\u2019s specifications. If you ordered an accessory that does not fit your device and the packaging is unopened, the 30-day return policy applies.
